YU Yang（于洋）is a Professor in the Faculty of Contemporary Policy Studies, Department of Social and Economic System at the Josai University, Japan. Prof. Yu got the Ph.D. degree of Economics from Waseda University. His research interests include international comparison of social security, social security finance, health economics, population ageing and social welfare for older people, comparative study on community care and institutional care between Japan and China. He has published 10 books and more than 20 academic papers on the top journals, and as PI, he conducted several research projects granted by the Japanese Ministry of Education.
