LIU Li-Fan（刘立凡） is a Professor of Institute of Gerontology and Adjunct Professor of Institute of Public Health in National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. She obtained her PhD from the Institute of Gerontology, School of Social Science and Public Policy, King’s College, University of London, UK.

Her specialty is focused on Social Gerontology, including long-term care policy and management, health care system and elderly welfare, health care organization and management. Her recent research centers on the long-term care service delivery and quality of life of elderly people by deferential aging. Since ageing society as the future, Dr. Liu’s publications about issues in Social Gerontology provide evidence base of developing contemporary or future social policies.
